This deeply candid film with exclusive access, follows TV star, model and businesswoman Katie Price in the aftermath of an accident which caused her life to come crashing down around her - escaping prison but with a suspended sentence, her life was quickly spiralling out of control.

In contrast to her larger than life public persona, raw with emotion and extremely vulnerable, Katie tells her story candidly for the first time, describing this as her last chance to rebuild her relationship with her family, and with herself.

Determined to turn things around the film follows Katie as she enrolls into a 28-day programme at the world-famous Priory Hospital where for the first time she is given a diagnoses of PTSD - Post Traumatic Stress Disorder .

After suffering with her mental health for many years, Katie now wants to start exploring the origins of the psychiatric disorder. To help her on this journey she meets other sufferers, medical experts and talks intimately with her mum, who needing a Lung Transplant has only six months to live .

Exploring deep into her past, Katie reveals the moments that have shaped her adult life, opening up about the sexual abuse she suffered as a seven-year-old, the inappropriate photographs taken by a paedophile when she was aged just 12, and the abusive relationship she entered aged 16 with a man 10 years her senior.

Katie discusses the people and places that trigger her anxiety including a sex attack at gunpoint in South Africa, betrayal, death, kidnap threats, and her relationship with the Media. With safeguarding measures being implemented that restrict her access to her children, Katie talks about how being unable to see her family and how unfolding – and untrue – stories in the press have contributed to her downward spiral.

With time running out for her mum and her relationships with her children at risk, we will see if Katie can rebalance her life and restore her mental health.

Doing so will not only change her life, but might offer some hope for others too.
