With incredible access, this blue-chip series grants viewers an exclusive and aspirational glimpse into life on board luxurious cruise ships, showcasing breathtaking destinations alongside the complex operations required to maintain and operate these incredible vessels.

Set across the world’s most beautiful destinations, from the turquoise waters of the Caribbean to the enchanting coasts of North Africa, Europe and the Canary Islands – this series promises a sun soaked, escapist viewing experience like no other.

Through an intimate lens, this behind-the-scenes series reveals the hard work and dedication that goes into providing nearly 3,000 passengers with the holiday of a lifetime.

We follow the captain and his team as they navigate a critical crossing of the Panama Canal and move below deck to witness the highly trained culinary team undergoing a complex military-style operation to throw a beach barbecue for thousands. We also meet a dancer who’s not only having to acclimatise to performing on a rocky stage but also to missing family back home as well as a security officer who’s clocked up four decades at sea.

Meanwhile, in blissful ignorance of the hard work and pressure going on behind the scenes, we see excited passengers as they disembark to journey on unforgettable excursions including mud-bathing in a bubbling Colombian volcano, whale watching on a little fishing boat in Tenerife and bamboo rafting, complete with foot massage, in Jamaica.

Episode 1: Setting sail from Florida, passengers enjoy their first stop: a private island in the Bahamas. And it's a big day for another ship, as it sets sail for a full season for the first time in a decade.

Episode 2: The crew sailing North Africa and Europe put on an orange party complete with dazzling costumes and a deck-stomping parade, while Caribbean cruisers enjoy a bubbling volcano mud bath.

Episode 3: The team sailing the Americas traverse the Panama Canal while passengers enjoy showstopping cakes. On the other side of the Atlantic, cruisers go whale-watching near Tenerife.

Episode 4: On the North Africa and Europe voyage, the chefs prepare a fine-dining experience with a difference, while the Caribbean cruisers enjoy tranquil bamboo rafting in the scorching heat.

Episode 5: The Caribbean cruisers anchor in the Dominican Republic for chocolate making, but it's the onboard 'dressy night' that's the real icing on the cake with a triumphant taste explosion.

Episode 6: Caribbean cruisers enjoy a high-octane trip through the Everglades and some alligator spotting, before being treated to a Las Vegas style performance back onboard.

Episode 7: Cruisers enjoy beautiful beaches on the private island of Half Moon Cay in the Bahamas, before getting curious with some culinary creations back onboard their ship.

Episode 8: The Canary Island cruisers enjoy a full-on fishing trip on Tenerife and a lush cactus garden on Lanzarote, while the Portugal pit stoppers take a trip on a traditional moliceiro boat.
