Contact Sales Collection: English National OperaJoin the ENO Orchestra and presenter Lauren Laverne for an evening of Mozart arias. This one-off concert will be a tour-de-force of female talent directed by ENO’s Artistic Director Annilese Miskimmon. It will star international opera soloists, celebrating the composer’s music, written for and inspired by the women in his life.
Lauren will take us on a journey through the life of one the world’s greatest composers, putting the spotlight on the relationships with his real-life leading ladies. We’ll hear the arias sung by Mozart’s most famous characters such as the sisters from Così fan tutte (‘Ah guarda sorella’), the Queen of the Night from The Magic Flute (‘Der Hölle Rache’) and Donna Elvira from Don Giovanni (‘Mi tradi’).
